High tensile strength, exhibits excellent oil and fuel resistance.Used in gasket or diaphram applications that are exposed to industrial oil and/or fuel. Thin gauge sheet with tight tolerance. Superior resistance to gasoline, solvents and oils. Good range of service temperatures. Good compression set resistance and good wear characteristics. Available in three thick nesses: .015", (Tol +/- .003") .031" (Tol +/- .003"), .062" thick (Tol+/- .006"). Sold by the lineal yard. 36" wide useable. Smooth & dusted surface. Black in Color.

Santoprene with adhesive is easy to cut, easy to apply.  Manufactured with Santoporene (R) 101-64, which meets General Motors material standard GMP.E/P.002, Ford material standard WSD-M2D379-A1, and Daimler Chrysler material standard MSAR20B, for automotive applications.

Service temperature up to 300F intermittent.  Adequate coefficient of friction to provide non-skid for feet, cushioning spacers and protective strips.
